Return Policy

We know that purchasing a full lace wig  or any hair enhancement system it can be a difficult process. Often, it is difficult to know exactly what you want, or to know what to expect when you receive a wig. We want everyone to be happy with their purchase. While we don't offer a refund policy, we do allow a three day exchange on wigs. Once you receive your wig , you have three days to contact us to exchange it for a different wig. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been tried on, worn, styled, adjusted, or that have had the lace cut. If the wig is not to your liking, you may exchange it for another stock wig . We do not allow multiple exchanges per order. This applies to stock units only. SALES ARE FINAL on ALL Custom Units. 

Hair accessory products, such as tape, adhesives, removers, shampoos, conditioners and other haircare products are non-returnable.
