We try to focus on the "whole development" of a woman and her happiness, where the physical image plays a major role for many ladies who always want to look their very best no matter what the circumstances. We have found that the bottom line is, when a woman feels good about herself physically, that is one less thing she has to contend or worry about. Who We Are ...

Mane Hair Connection came to be  by owner, Priscilla Davis Martin. Priscilla was always interested in fashion and beauty from a young age. She became a self-taught master of braiding and weaving by age sixteen and although she had beautiful locks of her own she enjoyed the versatility that these styling options offered. Yet the real interest and challenge began when Priscilla’s mother was diagnosed with cancer. Having to see her mom go through chemotherapy, stress and anguish of an illness of this magnitude coupled with hair loss triggered her to seek other options to at least boost her mom’s spirit. At the time, her mother's wig options were thick, hot and uncomfortable and very unnatural- looking. Yet  these were the hair options recommended by many chemotherapy counselors and oncologist. Priscilla's frustration with her mom’s hair options along with that of her own experiences  with tangled weaving hair, regular wigs and falls gave her the inspiration to find something different. Priscilla’s goal from that point  was to assist women who were experiencing hair loss due chemotherapy, alopecia or other medically related illnesses or those ladies that just needed a cosmetic change through hair replacement options and image consulting. As a result of Priscilla’s efforts, today her company offers many “celebrity looks” with various types of lace units, medical cranial prosthesis and other hair extensions at affordable prices for all women! Proudly the company also honors relationships with various insurance companies for those clients that need cranial prosthesis or hair intergration units for medically related illnesses as well.
